attorneys fees
Kelly & Castagna represents clients on a contingent fee basis. That means we don't collect our fees until we successfully achieve recovery for you. Client consultations are free of charge.
case selection
Before we commit to a client, we carefully consider your case.
Our intake process starts with a phone call or message from you, then follows these steps:
1. One of our legal assistants will carefully note all of the details you provide for our managing attorney to review.
2. After initial review, we contact you to set up a consultation if your case is a matter that we can help with.
3. You will meet with one of our attorneys, either in our office or virtually, for an initial consultation.
4. We investigate the details of your case to ensure we can help.
5. Follow up to discuss next steps.
This process allows us to fully understand your situation and the details of your case. It also allows us to decide if we are the right fit for your case.
